Summary:

  • Creating, assigning and updating the user requests according to SLA (Service level agreement)

Main responsibility:

  • Creating the user requests received by phone, email, or via other tools

  • Providing user update on open IT issues

  • Assigning the request to 2nd level of IT support

  • Basic assessment on raised issue - simple trouble-shooting

  • Reporting to Service Desk Team Leader

Requirements:

  • team player

  • customer oriented

  • positive attitude

  • analytical and problem solving skills

  • willingness to learn new things

  • fluency in Czech language

  • advanced level of English language

  • student of university preferred

  • general IT knowledge

  • time flexibility
