MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Ensuring a software product meets the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance
· Creation of robust software test methodologies
· Effort estimation, planning, conducting and software tests monitoring
· Preparation of reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
· Test Automation framework development, execution and improvement
· Documentation of internal audits and other quality assurance activities
· Investigation of internal customer complaints and issues
REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent degree - position suitable for graduates with proven expereince during study
· Software development experience (Java / C#)
· Experience with development tools used by the development team is advantage, but can be substituted by experience with similar tools or fast learning curve based on knowledge acquired during university study
· Ability to contribute to full life cycle development – analysis, design, architecture, development, testing, implementation, support, and other duties necessary to deploy business critical systems
· Analytical skills, ability to understand business needs and work directly with end users to create effective solutions
· Ability to understand and document complex business processes and translate them into solutions
· Fast adaptation to small team work environment
· Self-reliance by tasks solution combined with a strong team-oriented focus
· Good communication skills for communicating various system issues and meeting the customer’s expectations
· Effective management of time to assure commitments are met without delay
· Responsibility for tasks solution within the frame of the project
· Readiness for permanent increase of achieved knowledge level
· Language skills: fluency in English is a must, German would be an advantage
· Full time job based on standard employment contract
